Hi, this page is specially created for a list of recipes for special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Chinese New Yew, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Children's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Chinese Festival Day such as DuanWu, Mooncakes Festival, .........and more!
Each of all these occasions are special, usually people will celebrate them with good sumptuous food, and some particular dishes to be served only on once a year events according to the cultures. Nowadays many of us do not prepare the dishes anymore but rather buy them else where. I hope we do not loose the traditional touch and pass them on to the next generation.
