Yong Tau Foo Mee Hoon Soup |
Ingredients : ( for one person, if two persons double the ingredients )
- 200ml of water
- 1 tbsp of Maggi Concentrate Chicken Stock
- 1 pack of Yong Tau Foo
- 1 small pack of dried mee hoon for a portion of one person
- some vegetable ( if there is any )
- 2 tsp Premium Light Soy Sauce by Lee Kum Kee or adjust to taste (optional )
- 2 tsp garlic oil ( fried garlic with oil )
- dash of pepper
- some chopped spring onion to garnish
Method :
- add the Maggi concentrate chicken stock into the water and boil.
- wash the vegetable & rinse the Yong Tau Foo
- once the mee hoon is soft ( not soggy ), add soy sauce and garlic with oil.
- garnish with spring onion & pepper and serve.
